Dan Harkins, the owner of the largest privately owned movie theater chain in Arizona, provided ABC15 with an exclusive tour of his one-of-a-kind private screening room hidden behind what looks like a commercial walk-in freezer at Harkins Camelview theater at Scottsdale Fashion Square. This “Freezer” can host 24 guests for an intimate screening experience.
This theater opened its doors as a twin cinema at Camel View Plaza Mall and later amalgamated into Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, eventually expanding to five screens.
Food
Harkins offers delectable snacks and beverages, from popcorn and sodas to cookies and ice cream. But for something more substantial, they also offer gourmet food items like their Big Screen Burger and artisan flatbreads.
